WMAS Morning News
 
 
Mascotte Elementary has a morning news show which is taped daily using students from 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. The students hold positions like: anchors, cameramen, card holders, and also stand in as MCs for special guests. The show is taped each day for the following morning and each day holds something special. Mondays are for the birthdays of the week. Tuesdays teach a lesson in "This Day in History". Wednesdays are set aside for the kindergarteners as we introduce to them their letters, shape and color of that week. Thursdays are for Terrific Kids and Fridays share a Book of the Week. Announcements and the lunch menus round out each day's show along with many other special happenings and surprises!
