Mr. Roberts

William Roberts, APII   6th grade

William Roberts is extremely excited to be serving as assistant principal at East Ridge Middle School.  Previously, he taught math at Gray Middle School and was also a leader of professional learning communities there.  He also co-chaired the National Junior Honor Society and served as an 8th grade team leader.  Prior to Gray Middle, he taught in Miami Dade County Public Schools for four years.

At ERMS, he will be working with 6th grade students, as well as managing textbooks, lockers, buses, health, and technology.  He loves the fact that teachers and students at ERMS utilize technology on a regular basis, which prepares students for the 21st century workplace.

Personally, his wife is an elementary school teacher and they have a beautiful daughter and three cats.  He is a huge fan of thrill rides and an avid stock car racing fan.
