Lost Lake students participate in Santa Fun Run

The Santa Fun Run was held on December 8th at the Clermont waterfront and was organized by the Rotary Club of Clermont. It was a great success!

Kids Against Hunger

Lost Lake Elementary recently collected quarters for Kids Against Hunger. Our school raised a total of $1,264.40 that will provide over 5, 000 meals for children and their families. The students participated in a packing project on December 18th. The assembly line puts together a nutritious meal with rice, soy, dried vegetables and vitamins. Each package was carefully weighted, then sealed. The packages our students made will be sent to the victims of Hurricane Sandy and to food pantries to provide meals for families in Lake County over the holiday break.
