    End of Year Exams: Students will be dismissed early on June 3, 4, & 5 for End of Year Exams. MDHS will be on Wednesday dismissal schedule times for these last three (3) days of school.

  • Mount Dora High Presents the 6th Annual Tasting Gala

    The Mount Dora High School, Culinary Arts, Architectural Drafting, and Financial Math classes and Art Club are excited to present the 6th Annual Tasting Gala. The event will be held on Saturday, May 18st from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., in the Mount Dora High School Cane Café. During the event you will experience a unique display of restaurant designs while enjoying Chef Specialties created and demonstrated by MDHS Culinary Arts and Drafting & Design students.

    The Florida Department of Education has just provided a new website, Florida Path to Success. This site was developed as a tool to provide easy access to frequently asked FCAT 2.0 questions and provides a feature for visitors to ask questions directly to the Florida Department of Education.

  • Advanced Placement (AP) Testing Information

    Advanced Placement (AP) News and Information The Advanced Placement Human Geography exam will take place on May 17th and the Advanced Placement World History exam will take place on May 16th. Passing these exams will award college credit and affect college admissions. Extra help is available by attending a free two-hour review session on Saturday, April 27th at Tavares High School. Your student can register at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/APseminar4_27 (Read as 4_27). Registration deadline is April 24th
