  • Experienced Quilters Needed

Mrs. Olson is looking for experienced quilters to assist with the sewing of several lap quilts. Her class is leading a school wide Service Learning Project to raise money to purchase books for a school in Oklahoma destroyed by a tornado. A number of classes will create quilt squares which correlate with their curriculum. Mrs. Olson will supply you with the fabric, thread, and batting needed to complete each quilt. We need to have all quilts sewn by the end of April. If you are interested in assisting, or know an experienced quilter who is available, please contact Mrs. Olson at olsons@lake.k12.fl.us or call between 8 and 3 at 394-6633.
