Lake County High School marching bands completed the season by bringing home top awards over the weekend as part of FBA District 19 Marching Band Music Performance Assessment (MPA).
The bands were judged on visual performance, general effect, music, auxiliary and percussion.
Congratulations to the following schools whose bands earned a Superior, the highest possible rating:
East Ridge High
Eustis High
Lake Minneola High
Leesburg High
Mount Dora High
South Lake High
Tavares High
Congratulations also to Umatilla High. Their band earned an Excellent rating, while their auxiliary/color guard earned a Superior.
